Plants & Capacities Alexandria A fully integrated steelmaking facility, incorporating three direct reduction plants, electric arc furnaces, continuous casting for billet and slab, rolling mills and a hot strip mill to produce rebar, wire rod and HRC. 3.2 million tons per year Long Products 2.1m tpy Flat Steel 1.1m tpy Suez Our Suez plant includes a DRI plant, an electric arc furnace, a hot strip mill with thin-slab continuous casting capabilities, a billet caster, as well as two rebar rolling mills. 2.3 million tons per year Rebar 1.1m tpy Flat Steel 1.2m tpy Sadat City The mini-mill in Sadat City features a melt shop for billet casting and two rolling mills, producing one million tons of rebar annually. 1 million tons per year Rebar 1m tpy 10th of Ramadan City The plant at 10th of Ramadan City has the capacity to produce 0.5 million tons of rebar and wire rod per year, and incorporates a dedicated welded steel fabric manufacturing facility. 0.5 million tons per year Long Products 0.5m tpy Led by a clear vision, Ezz Steel is a name synonymous with quality, reliability and service excellence.
